3 cups of water
1-2 cinnamon sticks
4 Chinese Star anise
¼ teaspoon cardamon
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
¼ teaspoon of black peppercorn
1-inch piece of fresh ginger sliced
1-2 spoonfuls of honey
