Now that we’re a couple of months into the new year, it’s a great time to check in and see if we are setting ourselves up to achieve our goals from the New Year! For many of us, a big goal is improved health and well-being, but when life gets in the way, it keeps getting pushed farther and farther down our lists of priorities. This week, we’re focusing on yoga, exploring a few different styles, for different needs!
This yoga sesh (from yogawithadriene.com) is great for those of us who spend a lot of time seated (like me!), whether at work, travel or even from sitting in a wheelchair. Some of my friends with disabilities find these stretches helpful too!
