What You Will Need:

½ of an English cucumber

3 Small Persian cucumbers

10 Strawberries

1 Teaspoon fresh mint, minced 

2 Teaspoons of avocado oil

Pinch of Himalayan pink salt

Directions:

1. Wash your fresh ingredients.
2. Leave the peel on the Persian cucumbers and remove green tops from strawberries.
3. Chop into bite-size pieces.
4. Mince a sprig of fresh mint leaves.
