Refunds are applicable to the following orders:

  1. When orders are canceled prior to the order being pulled or shipped out.
  2. If an order is already shipped out, the UNOPENED/UNUSED products must be received in our facility PRIOR to processing the customer’s refund.

Replacement for defective products:

Typically, at no cost to the customer except in cases of an exchange for a product that results with a higher cost than the original.
