Sunflower Avocado Green Salad Recipe

What You Need:

1 Head of Butter Lettuce 

1 Avocado 

¼ Cup of sunflower seeds

1 Cucumber diced

Dressing:

1ml / 1 dropper full of Pure Balance CBD oil 

2 Tablespoons of olive oil

½ tablespoons red wine vinegar

½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1/2 clove garlic, minced

Dice Avocado and cucumbers and mix with lettuce and sunflower seeds. Whisk dressing ingredients together and drizzle over salad. This recipe makes about 3 servings. Enjoy!

 

Grilled Zucchini Salad Recipe

What You Need:

4 medium Zucchini

3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese – Optional 

2 tablespoons chopped mint

1 tablespoon dill

¼ teaspoon of Salt

Dressing:

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 

1ml / 1 dropper full of Pure Balance CBD oil 

2 tablespoon of red wine vinegar 

1 teaspoon honey

1 Tablespoon of fresh lemon juice

Dash of garlic salt

Dash of dried parsley

1 teaspoon of dried basil

Pinch of dried oregano

Freshly ground black pepper

Slice the zucchini in thin slices. Heat up a large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add dry zucchini and toss around for about 3 minutes until golden and tender. Place in a bowl, add feta, chopped mint, and dill. Pour dressing over and toss. Place in the fridge to chill or eat warm. This recipe makes about 5 servings.

 

Thai Tangy Cucumber Salad Recipe

What You Need:

1 whole cucumber – partially peeled and sliced

1/4 red onion – thinly sliced

2 Tablespoons of crushed peanuts

1 Tablespoon of chopped cilantro

Dressing:

2 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar

1ml / 1 dropper full of Pure Balance CBD oil 

1 tablespoon of honey or sugar

½ tablespoon of fish sauce

2 tablespoons of Lime Juice

Pinch of salt

Pinch of red pepper flakes

Slice cucumber and red onion, and chop cilantro. In a bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over fresh ingredients. Add peanuts and toss them together. Thai cucumber salad makes a great light snack or pairs nicely with any Thai stir fry and Asian-inspired noodle dishes. This recipe makes about 3 servings.
