Life Tips for Stress & Anxiety (+ Videos)

Stress is a big part of life. Things are always changing, even when we don’t want them to. There’s no shame in feeling stressed or overwhelmed – it’s normal. With that said, it still makes it harder to move forward when we’re stuck in anxiety and stress. Today, I thought it would be helpful to share some stress-busting tips. So, get some tea, have your favorite CBD product, put your speaker volume at a comfortable level, and get ready to relax…

Yoga

First up is this peaceful yoga video. These poses are specifically chosen to help let go of stress, tension and anxiety. If you can’t hold the full stretch for a particular pose, that’s completely fine, and common. Lean into it however much you can, and remember to keep breathing deeply. Each time you do it, you’ll be able to open up into the stretch a little more. This is a journey, not a contest. To help you lean in, don’t forget your CBD to support you in limbering up! Have some tincture under your tongue before you get started.

Hobbies

A great way to reconnect with yourself is finding a hobby that you enjoy doing on your own. Maybe it’s painting, sculpting with clay, hiking, gardening, nail art, going for a long walk with your dog, woodworking, or something else entirely. There’s no limit to what it could be, as long as it’s something you enjoy. If you don’t have hobbies, this is a great time to start exploring!
