Blissed Out: Berries & Hemp Cooler

What you need:
4 cups of hot water
3 tea bags: Pure Hemp Tea
5 strawberries sliced
5 raspberries
10-15 blueberries
1 Tablespoon of local raw honey
Ice cubes for serving
Directions:  Pour boiling water over teabags in a glass pitcher or heatproof vessel. Steep for 5 minutes and discard the tea bags. Stir in honey and wait for it to chill before adding berries. Add fruits when tea has cooled and set in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Pour over ice and enjoy. Top with a garnish of mint.

Sweet Life: Raspberry Lime Hibiscus Hemp Cooler

What you need:
4 cups of hot water
3 tea bags: Apple Hibiscus Hemptealicious
½ cup of fresh organic raspberries
1 organic lime. Thinley slice ½ of the lime and save the juice of the other half.
1 Tablespoon of local raw honey
Ice cubes for serving
Directions:  Pour boiling water over teabags in a glass pitcher or heatproof vessel. Steep for 5 minutes and discard the tea bags. Stir in honey and wait for it to chill before adding fruit. Once the tea has cooled off, add fresh fruit, fresh lime juice, and lime slices. Let is sit for at least 4 hours for the fruits to infuse. Pour over ice and enjoy.

Refreshed: Double Mint Hemp Cooler

What you need:
4 cups of hot water
3 tea bags: Spearmint Lemongrass Hemp Tea
A handful of crushed spearmint leaves
5 Basil leaves shredded
1 Tablespoon of local raw honey
Ice cubes for serving
Directions:  Pour boiling water over teabags in a glass pitcher or heatproof vessel. Steep for 5 minutes and discard the tea bags. Stir in honey, wait an hour or so for the tea to cool down to room temperature. Add herbs and let it sit to infuse for at least 4 hours. Pour over ice and enjoy. Top with a garnish of mint and basil.
