What You Will Need:
5 Teabags of Hemptealicious™ Pure Hemp Tea
Or use 5 Teabags of Hemptealicious™ Ginger Turmeric Flavor Tea
2-inch piece of Fresh Turmeric
2-inch piece of Fresh Ginger
2 Lemons
2 tablespoons of Raw Local Honey
Dash of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Directions:
- Wash and dry a 2-inch piece of turmeric root and ginger root.
- Chop turmeric and ginger into a few slices and place in a large saucepan.
- Add 6 cups of water to the saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 min and then turn off the heat.
- Add 5 Hemptealicious™ Pure Hemp Tea teabags to the hot water and cover with a lid.
- Let the tea sit for 5-10 minutes to fully infuse for a flavorful batch of CBD, ginger, turmeric tea.
- Stir and remove hemp tea bags and pieces of ginger and turmeric.
- Allow to cool down slightly and then add 2 tablespoons of raw local honey.
- Add the juice of 2 lemons.
- Add a dash of cayenne pepper (optional).
- Pour through a strainer into a pitcher and store in the fridge.Â
- Pure hemp, ginger, turmeric tea lasts 5 days in the fridge.
Stir well before pouring each time. Drink your hemp tea over ice or reheat on the stovetop.
