This hemp tea recipe is amazing because it incorporates the healing properties of each of these powerful superfoods all in one delicious beverage. What You Will Need:

5 Teabags of Hemptealicious™ Pure Hemp Tea

Or use 5 Teabags of Hemptealicious™ Ginger Turmeric Flavor Tea

2-inch piece of Fresh Turmeric

2-inch piece of Fresh Ginger

2 Lemons

2 tablespoons of Raw Local Honey

Dash of Cayenne Pepper (optional)



  1. Wash and dry a 2-inch piece of turmeric root and ginger root.
  2. Chop turmeric and ginger into a few slices and place in a large saucepan.
  3. Add 6 cups of water to the saucepan and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 min and then turn off the heat.
  5. Add 5 Hemptealicious™ Pure Hemp Tea teabags to the hot water and cover with a lid.
  6. Let the tea sit for 5-10 minutes to fully infuse for a flavorful batch of CBD, ginger, turmeric tea.
  7. Stir and remove hemp tea bags and pieces of ginger and turmeric.
  8. Allow to cool down slightly and then add 2 tablespoons of raw local honey.
  9. Add the juice of 2 lemons.
  10. Add a dash of cayenne pepper (optional).
  11. Pour through a strainer into a pitcher and store in the fridge. 
  12. Pure hemp, ginger, turmeric tea lasts 5 days in the fridge.


Stir well before pouring each time. Drink your hemp tea over ice or reheat on the stovetop.
