Sleep is an essential part of wellness, but is often one of the first things to get sacrificed during times of stress of busyness. We think we’ll “catch up” on the weekend, but somehow, we never quite feel refreshed. While I can’t make your life less busy (if you figure it out, let the rest of us know!), I can help you make the most out of the time you do have for relaxing!

As you can see, sleep impacts so much more than whether or not you’re feeling tired.
